Whether it's damage during shipping, quality issues, or issues with the wrong product, we offer returns, exchanges, or refunds with sincerity, courtesy, and responsibility.
Eligibility
We want every customer to have a secure and enjoyable shopping experience at Omjoky. You can request a return, exchange, or refund in the following situations:
Damaged or Defective Product
- The product received was damaged during shipping (such as cracks, paint peeling, noticeable scratches, chipped corners, etc.);
- Product has a manufacturing defect (such as unstable structure, color fading, uneven glaze);
Wrong Product
- The model, color, quantity, or style of the product received does not match the order.
Quality Issues
- Product has defects due to everyday use (not caused by human error), such as deglazing, cracks, or peeling coating.
In the above situations, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Partial Refund: If the problem is minor and does not affect the product's usability (such as minor scratches or slight color variations);
- Full Refund: If the product is severely damaged, unusable, or the order was incorrectly shipped and a replacement is not available;
- Exchange: If you prefer a new product of the same model, we will issue a replacement.
We guarantee that all orders, regardless of promotion or special offer, will be covered by the same after-sales guarantee.
Return and Exchange Period
Omjoky accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact us as soon as possible upon discovery of any problem. Requests received after 14 days may not be accepted due to logistics and time constraints.

- Order ID
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged, please show the entire product and details)
Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide return or exchange instructions.
2. Confirmation and Review
We will evaluate the issue based on the photos and description and determine whether to issue a partial refund, full refund, or exchange.
Once approved, we will provide a return address and packaging recommendations.
3. Returning Products
- Please keep the product in its original condition and use the original packaging if possible.
- If the original packaging is damaged, please use materials of the same level of protection (such as foam, bubble wrap, or EPE foam).
- Send the package back to the designated address and provide the tracking number for tracking purposes.
4. Shipping Costs:
- If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped, Omjoky will cover the return and reshipment shipping costs.
- If the item is exchanged due to personal preference (e.g., color or style not meeting expectations), the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund and Exchange Processing
- Once the returned item is received and confirmed, we will process the refund or reshipment within 3–5 business days.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal), and the time it takes to arrive may vary slightly depending on the payment platform.
- For partial refunds, we will specify the refund amount and reason in the email.
Refund Methods
- Full Refund: For items that are severely damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
- Partial Refund: For items that are slightly damaged or usable but have minor defects.
- Exchange: If the customer wishes to receive a replacement item, we will reship the item and provide a new tracking number.
After the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount, time, and transaction number.
Notes
- Please do not return items without customer service confirmation to avoid package loss or delays.
- Items must be returned intact and unused.
- Omjoky reserves the right to refuse or partially refund any items damaged again due to secondary shipping or improper packaging.
- If your order contains multiple items, please specify the specific number and model number of items being returned or exchanged when requesting a refund.
