At Omjoky, we believe every piece of tableware deserves to be treated with care. Whether it's a lightweight plate, a warm bowl, or a crystal-clear drinkware, we want them to arrive safely to you after their long journey.
For this reason, we invest significant effort in shipping: selecting reliable carriers and using professional, shock-resistant packaging to ensure every package arrives intact, despite distances and time differences.

Shipping Areas and Carriers

North America (US, Canada, Mexico)

  • Carriers: USPS, Canada Post, FedEx International
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 3–4 weeks after shipment

Every order shipped to North America is double-checked and reinforced with foam board, bubble wrap, and shock-absorbing padding, and is affixed with the FRAGILE logo. After shipment, we'll email you a tracking number and shipping link to keep you informed of your package's status.

Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.)

  • Shipping services: DHL Express, Royal Mail International
  • Estimated delivery time: Approximately 3–5 weeks (subject to customs clearance)

Shipping within Europe can involve lengthy customs clearance processes, so we pre-optimize customs documentation to minimize delays. Each ceramic or glass product is wrapped in multiple layers of shock-absorbing material and covered with a waterproof coating to ensure safe delivery.

Asia (including Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East)

  • Shipping services: EMS, SF Express International, and regional postal partners
  • Estimated delivery time: Approximately 3–4 weeks

Shipping within Asia is generally stable. We use double-layered cartons and anti-vibration foam to prevent collisions during long-distance transit. If a package experiences unusual delays, we will proactively contact the logistics company for follow-up assistance.

Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands)

  • Shipper: Australia Post International, DHL
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 4–5 weeks

For long-distance shipments within Oceania, we use thick cartons and high-density cushioning to ensure the tableware is fully protected during sea or air transport. Our customer service will continue to monitor logistics updates during customs clearance and delivery.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Each order is processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During the packaging stage, we manually inspect each item to ensure it is free of cracks, scratches, and color variations. Experienced packers then customize a protective package based on the product material:

  • Ceramics are wrapped in multiple layers of foam board and bubble wrap;
  • Glassware is individually boxed with padding;
  • Tableware sets are reinforced to prevent loosening during transport.

After shipment, we will send a tracking link and shipping information via email to ensure you stay informed of your package's progress.

Fragile Item Protection

Omjoky's tableware is fragile, so we use the following professional protective measures:

  • Multi-layer packaging: inner bubble wrap + middle foam board + outer thick cardboard;
  • Shock-absorbing design: All gaps are filled with pearl cotton or environmentally friendly cushioning paper;
  • Distinctive labeling: Each package is labeled "FRAGILE";
  • Manual inspection: Each box is manually shaken to ensure internal stability.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, please within 48 hours of receipt:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product;
  • Send the photos and order number to omjokyofficial@hotmail.com ;
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days and provide a replacement or refund solution.

Customs duties and customs clearance

Customs policies vary by country. Some packages may incur import duties or VAT during customs clearance, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We strive to provide as accurate declaration information as possible to facilitate smooth customs clearance. If there are customs clearance delays, our customer service will contact you promptly and provide the necessary documentation or information.

Friendly Reminders

  • Actual shipping time may be affected by season, holidays, or customs clearance schedules.
  • Delivery times may be extended in remote areas.
  • We currently do not offer expedited or designated-day delivery services.
  • If there are no updates on your package for an extended period, please contact us and we will verify with the carrier.
